Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
