What We Collect

  • Account information — Email address and display name when you create an account.
  • Stack data — The supplements you add to your personal stack are stored to sync across sessions.
  • Usage analytics — Anonymous page views and feature usage to improve the product. No personal health data is included in analytics.

What We Don't Collect

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not track your browsing outside of formulate-health.app.
  • We do not share personal information with supplement brands.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

  • Google Sign-In — If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. See Google's privacy policy for their data practices.
  • Vercel — Our site is hosted on Vercel. See Vercel's privacy policy for their infrastructure data handling.

Consumer Health Data

The health profile you fill out in Formulate — goals, conditions, medications, dietary preferences, genetic variants, and related fields — is consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws.

  • We use this data only to personalize supplement scores, flag potential interactions, and tailor recommendations within your account.
  • We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with advertisers, supplement brands, or data brokers.
  • Consumer health data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Only you — and our minimal set of engineering staff, strictly for support requests you initiate — can access it.
  • You can view, export, or delete your consumer health data at any time from Settings → Delete My Account, or by emailing privacy@formulate-health.app.

Your Privacy Choices

You can control how Formulate handles your data at any time:

  • Opt out of anonymous analytics — Settings → Privacy & Data.
  • Turn off marketing emails and push notifications — Account → Notifications.
  • Export or delete your data — Settings → Danger Zone, or email us.
  • Do Not Sell / Share — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is needed, but you can confirm this preference by emailing privacy@formulate-health.app.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
