Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachios, soaked 2 hours
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 pinch cardamom

Method

  1. 1Drain the pistachios and add to the Vitamix with the water, date and cardamom.
  2. 2Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth.
  3. 3Strain lightly (or not) and refrigerate up to 4 days.
