- 1 cup pistachios, soaked 2 hours
- 4 cups water
- 1 pitted date
- 1 pinch cardamom
Method
- 1Drain the pistachios and add to the Vitamix with the water, date and cardamom.
- 2Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth.
- 3Strain lightly (or not) and refrigerate up to 4 days.
