Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear, cored
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice

Method

  1. 1Add the liquid to the Vitamix container first, then any soft fruit, yogurt or greens.
  2. 2Add the frozen fruit and ice last so they sit on top of the blade.
  3. 3Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth, using the tamper to push ingredients down.
