Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup coconut water
Method
- 1Add the liquid to the Vitamix container first, then any soft fruit, yogurt or greens.
- 2Add the frozen fruit and ice last so they sit on top of the blade.
