- 1 can chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- 1Blend tahini and lemon juice first until creamy.
