Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. 1Blend tahini and lemon juice first until creamy.
