Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- 1Soak the rice and cinnamon stick in the water for a few hours, then add all to the Vitamix.
- 2Blend on high for 60 seconds, then strain through a nut-milk bag.
- 3Stir in sugar and vanilla; serve over ice.
