- 4 cups water
- 1 pitted date
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- 1Drain the soaked almonds and add them to the Vitamix with the water, date and vanilla.
- 2Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until the almonds are fully broken down.
- 3Strain through a nut-milk bag into a jar; refrigerate up to 4 days.
