Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Ice, to serve

Method

  1. 1Warm the peanut butter for a few seconds so it loosens, then add to a shaker bottle.
  2. 2Add the protein powder, cocoa, honey and a splash of milk and shake well.
  3. 3Add the remaining milk and shake until smooth.
  4. 4Pour over ice and drink straight away.
