Ingredients
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
Method
- 1Add the liquid to the Vitamix container first, then any soft fruit, yogurt or greens.
