Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Handful of ice

Method
