Ingredients
- 1 small beet, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice
Method
- 1Add the liquid to the Vitamix container first, then any soft fruit, yogurt or greens.
