Ingredients

  • 4 apples, cored
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Method
