Ingredients

  • 4 apples, cored
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Method

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2Mix the oats, walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon and coconut oil.
  3. 3Stuff the mixture into the cored apples and set them in a baking dish.
  4. 4Add a splash of water to the dish and bake 30 minutes, until soft.
