Ingredients
- 4 apples, cored
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2Mix the oats, walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon and coconut oil.
- 3Stuff the mixture into the cored apples and set them in a baking dish.
- 4Add a splash of water to the dish and bake 30 minutes, until soft.
