Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
