Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 2 tbsp red onion, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1Mash the avocado in a bowl until mostly smooth.
- 2Add the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion and lemon juice.
- 3Fold together and season with salt and pepper.
- 4Serve in lettuce cups or with cucumber slices.
