Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup broth

Method

  1. 1Brown the turkey with the onion in a large pot.
  2. 2Stir in chili powder and cumin and cook 1 minute.
  3. 3Add beans, tomatoes and broth.
  4. 4Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
