Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup raisins
Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
- 2Cream the butter and brown sugar, then beat in the egg.
- 3Mix in the flour, oats, cinnamon and baking soda.
- 4Fold in the raisins.
- 5Scoop onto the sheets and bake 10–12 minutes.
