Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Method

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
  2. 2Cream the butter and brown sugar, then beat in the egg.
  3. 3Mix in the flour, oats, cinnamon and baking soda.
  4. 4Fold in the raisins.
  5. 5Scoop onto the sheets and bake 10–12 minutes.
