Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1Season the chicken with oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil.
