- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1Pat the steak cubes dry and season well with salt and pepper.
