Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
Method
- 1Toss the beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- 2Heat oil in a wok over high heat and sear the beef in batches; remove.
- 3Stir-fry the broccoli 3 minutes with a splash of water to steam.
- 4Add garlic and ginger, return the beef, and pour in the rest of the soy sauce.
- 5Toss until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
