The score is the formula's efficacy out of 100:
- Ingredient Quality — up to 45 points
- Concentration Signal — up to 15 points
- Evidence Backing — up to 15 points
- Formulation Sophistication — up to 12 points
- Functional Completeness — up to 8 points
- Base Formula Credit — up to 5 points
