Interaction between cyclosporine and Hypericum perforatum (St John's wort) after organ transplantation

Cyclosporine levels decreased 25-62% within 3-4 weeks of SJW initiation. Graft rejection observed in all 4 cases. Discontinuation of SJW returned cyclosporine levels to therapeutic range.
